Gary also has far reaching knowledge of the commercial and development market and has been involved in the sale and acquisition of some major sites in Central London, including the Britannic House West acquisition, for £198 million and the sale of "Palladio" in 2007 at £35 million.....the country's most expensive new build house sale at the time.

Penelope Court BA (Hons) FNAEA
Head of Residential Sales

Specialist for Mayfair, Holland Park, Kensington, West End and Hyde Park, Belgravia and Chelsea.

After thirty years with Beauchamp Estates, Penelope has acquired extensive knowledge of the London residential market and built an enviable contacts base in the key up market residential areas.

She is a specialist in both residential sales and redevelopment which results in a lot of repeat business and word of mouth recommendations. She also offers a bespoke service to retained clients.

With her excellent language skills she also enjoys heading up Beauchamp Estates International department.

Paul has over twenty years experience in property and has built up an extensive knowledge of the central London market. Specialising in residential sales and re-development his motivation and professionalism are paramount.

Jeremy Pelissier MNAEA
Negotiator

Jeremy joined Beauchamp Estates in 2006 having gained extensive experience in Central London property. He is part of the residential sales team and his drive and ambition are creating a loyal client base.

Alexandra Elster BSc (Hons) MNAEA
PA/Marketing Co-ordinator

Alexandra, who has a BSc (Hons) from Lancaster University and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, joined the firm in 2009 as PA to Penelope Court.

She also co-ordinates the advertising and marketing for the company and organises PR events, including launches and parties.

David Silver FNAEA

With nearly forty years experience in the property industry, David has been with Beauchamp Estates for ten years and specialises in commercial investments and developments.

He works closely with Gary Hersham and enjoys the cut and thrust of the commercial world.

Rosy Khalastchy ANAEA

Rosy has been working with Beauchamp Estates for more than twenty years and has vast experience of selling flats and houses in the north west area of London.

Her commitment and energy has helped to create a loyal and steadfast client base with much repeat business in the area.

Ernesto Robledo

Ernesto an expert in technology also has a degree in business administration from the university of Cantabria and is in charge of IT support and office administration.

Piers Cowley

After graduating in Estate Management at the Royal College of Cirencester, Piers went on to work in Estate Agency., both sales and lettings and has also worked fro an asset management company. He brings a wealth of experience to th erentals department along with a valuable contact base.
