London Estate Agent Beauchamp Estates

The elegant, graceful proportions of the Georgian exterior of Beauchamp Estates' Mayfair office at 24 Curzon Street will be familiar to all who pass it, perhaps occasionally looking upward at its six floors of sash windows and wondering what lies behind the discreet front door of such a dynamic and prestigious estate agent.

On entering the ground floor reception, one will discover the newly refurbished offices. You will be offered a cappuccino and the opportunity to review the 30 years history of Beauchamp Estates. The walls are hung with awards for Estate Agent of the Year, a framed press article proclaiming Beauchamp Estates among the "Top Ten Agents in the London Des Res Market" headed the "estate agents you can invite to dinner" (incidentally Penelope Court was the only woman named in the top ten), together with photographs of some of the most spectacular property deals of the last three decades.

The walls of the marble floored entrance hall are adorned with paintings and photographs. The return to the dignified character of the building, decorated in cool, neutral tones, slate and pale, almost-white greys has been retained whilst incorporating the technology required to facilitate the running of one of London's top estate agencies. The windows display photographs of properties for sale. There are flat screen TVs promoting the company's instructions and brochures and models of buildings are to be found inside.

The boardroom is equipped with all modern facilities. The first floor of the building is reserved for the development and investment arm of the company and its team.

On the second floor are Penelope Court and her team who handle residential sales and developments, with the international department on the third floor. The administration office nestles under the conservatory dome of the top floor under the guidance of Michael Galler.

The achievement of a convivial atmosphere with proper heed to the integrity of the original architecture and state-of-the-art technology has delighted Beauchamp Estates.
